Notes
Cycle × Training Science
▾
Menstrual
Hormones lowest — train by feel, and lean into iron-rich foods this week.
Follicular
Rising estrogen — often a good window for quality work. Effects vary, so let how you feel decide.
Ovulation
Estrogen peaks — you may feel strong. Joint laxity rises a little; mind landings on strength or trail days (steady running isn’t high-risk).
Luteal
Progesterone rises — a given pace can feel harder (that’s physiology). Hydrate more; a few extra carbs help.
On Hormonal Birth Control
Your method suppresses natural phases, so phase timing doesn’t apply — and light or absent bleeding is expected, not a warning sign. Keep logging symptoms and fuelling; those still matter.
Your cycle data is private. It’s stored in your own account, never sold or shared. You can take it with you or remove it anytime.

The maker
Kristina Lenkowsky
Founder of Feel Fuller · Athlete · Former stage manager
Production management at Oklahoma City University, then years as a stage manager, running the systems that keep a live show on time. I love a system that holds under pressure.
So I built the opposite
Every tool I tried was built to help me eat less. I needed the opposite. Feel Fuller is cycle-aware and fuel-first, for athletes who train hard and deserve to eat like it.
Running NYC for the kids
This year I run the TCS New York City Marathon with Team For Kids, chasing 3:45. They fund free youth running programs across New York, and every mile of this build is for them.
Fast to founder
Running taught me the founder's skill before I needed it: show up, do the work, trust the plan. Feel Fuller is my 2026 passion project, in beta, growing with the people who use it.
The tool she built
A runner who builds her own tools.
Feel Fuller isn't a mockup — it's the live app I use for this build. Even the race bib your crew scans to follow me on race day.
